Refund policy

If you are a consumer, credit you have bought and not used can be refunded within 14 days of buying it. Credit that has been used cannot. The rest of this page says how.

Who takes your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, handles any tax due wherever you are, and makes any refund. Zoshl never sees your card.

What can be refunded

• Credit you have not used, within 14 days of buying it, if you are a consumer. This is your right to cancel.
• Unused credit, if we close your account and you have not broken our terms.

What cannot be refunded

• Credit you have used. Credit is spent the moment Zoshl writes something with it, so by buying credit and using it straight away you ask us to begin at once, and the right to cancel is lost for the part you have used.
• Trial credit. It is free, so there is nothing to give back.
• Enterprise fees, which are agreed separately and refunded as that agreement says.

Credit does not expire, so there is no deadline for using it. The 14 days are only for getting unused credit back.

How to ask

Email hello@syon.com or use the contact form on our home page, from the email address your account is under, and say which purchase it is. The date and amount are on the receipt Paddle emailed you.

We will tell you how much of it is unused and can be refunded. Paddle then returns it to the card or account you paid with, normally within 14 days of the refund being agreed. The credit refunded is taken off your balance at the same time.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the law, including your rights as a consumer. It is part of our terms of use.
